EXIT Homeplace Realty gears up for Celebrate Hampstead

EXIT Homeplace Realty agents are getting ready to get out and meet our neighbors in Pender County. The 4^th Annual Celebrate Hampstead festival is set to take place on Saturday May 9^th and EXIT Realty agents can’t wait.

This is our second year of participating and a great time was had by all last year. We expect an even bigger turn out this year to get the spring sales season started with a bang. In addition to some great giveaways we will have information on new home communities in the area and agents will be on hand to answer questions about home ownership.

EXIT Homeplace Realty has become a leader in Pender County because we always strive to give the best service to our clients and get involved in community projects and events. We encourage all our neighbors to get out for a great day featuring games, food, arts and crafts, plus entertainment for the whole family.

The best part is, while you enjoy a day of fun in the sun you will be benefiting local area schools. Festival proceeds will benefit arts and music programs at Topsail High, Topsail Middle and North and South Topsail Elementary Schools. We are sure it will prove to be a great day and we look forward to seeing you there.
